Active 20-30 US & Canada is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director/Association Manager to lead our national organization in its mission to serve children in need and make a positive impact on communities across the United States and Canada. As the Executive Director/Association Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership, driving growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of our National Board and office. This includes providing association management services, which include supporting the National Board in day-to-day communication with individual volunteer members and clubs. You will serve as an advisor to the National Board and the membership, providing expertise in the areas of non-profit management, association management, and membership functions. This position is a part-time, contracted position, with flexible hours and some necessary evening hours monthly, as well as two in person board and general meetings a year.
